Human Resources Assistant A great local Palm Beach Gardens firm is looking for a Human Resources Assistant that has 3+ years of experience in an HR department doing human resources administrative work. Responsibilities for the Human Resources Assistant include, but are not limited to: assisting employees with open enrollment, serve as receptionist for dept, ensure employee issues are communicated to appropriate party, greet customers of dept, assist with processing personnel requisitions, performance evaluations, tuition reimbursement, PCN's and other HR related paperwork, conducts all appropriate background screening and license verification, assist new employees with completion of new hire paperwork, manage the process for all applications, maintains, updates and manages department filing system, to include retrieving files, records, reports and charts as directed, enters data into HR system accurately, plan schedule and arrange orientation and other trainings
