Job Description
Destination Rewards is seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Analyst to provide functional verification support within an agile software development environment. This will include developing test plans, test cases, risk analysis, requirements metrics, test results and all other documentation applicable to the quality group to ensure quality deliverables are met. Title: DATA ANALYST-QA/PI/QM - QUALITY ASSURANCE / FULL-TIME
Location: FL-Delray Beach
Other Locations: The RN Data Analyst is responsible and accountable for collecting, entering, organizing and interpreting data for Core and Quality Measures. The RN Data Analyst supports quality and process improvement efforts that are identified concurrently and retrospectively. The RN Data Analyst enters all appropriate patients info into the required databases, and maintains all components of the Quality files. The RN Data Analyst is responsible for collecting data for AMI patients, HF patients, PN patients, SCIP, CATH/PCI, ICD, HBIPS, CABG, OUTPATIENT SURGERY, SIM Plus, CAS (Carotid Artery Stents), Stroke and Get With the Guidelines/Action Registry. The RN Data Analyst is also responsible for compiling statistics for various reports/projects on a monthly and quarterly basis. The RN Data Analyst also recognizes any downward trends and is able to focus on re-education of physicians and staff for future improvement.

The VP, Quality Assurance has overall responsibility for the Quality & Risk Management Departments and ensuring full compliance with all accreditation and licensure standards at all times. Other areas include patient safety, infection control and medical staff services. Assignments include: · Coordinate hospital-wide continuing quality improvement activities· Identify, investigate, analyze, and evaluate risk and determine the most advantageous method of correcting, reducing or eliminating identified risk· Ensure regulatory qualifications (CMS, JCAHO, AHCA, Safe Medical Devices, CDC, etc.) are met and monitor for ongoing standards/regulatory compliance-reporting and coordination of continuous JCAHO readiness· Oversee Medical Staff activities including Peer Review, Credentialing and Leadership· Staff Supervision· Ensure Infection Control activities are compliant· Report quality program activities to the Medical Staff departments, Leadership Team and Board of Trustees
